Cancel Reservation

To cancel your reservation please enter your e-mail and reservation number in the boxes provided below then click 'Find reservation'. If you are a Clear Sky Hotels member, it is probably easier to cancel a reservation via your User Profile

Your Details

If we are able to find a record of the reservation, a 'Cancel reservation' button will appear. If you click this, we will attempt to cancel your reservation. We will send confirmation of cancellation by e-mail.

(this would have been quoted at the top of your email reservation confirmation)

(this should be the address you used when you made the reservation)

Please note a cancellation charge may apply. Typically a charge is made if you cancel within 1 day of your arrival date but this may vary from hotel to hotel. Your original email confirmation of your reservation would have quoted your hotel's cancellation policy.
