"dont let the exterior of this hotel put you off the inside is far superior to the outside.the staff at this hotel are very pleasant the room was amongst the best i have stayed in.during my stay here i sampled room service which was delivered promplty presented will and tasted superb and great value for money.although the hotel is nearer the airport than i invisaged the fact the hotel runs a bus service to the airport was a big bonus and should be advertised better"

"I would have preferred to have clearer directions, for a foreign person, the roads are a minefield; I didn't have a GPS and it was dark and late and I spennt nearly three hours trying to find the place as the plan didn't indicate which direstion to go in, I went into the centre of Manchester at one point as I couldn't turn round on a narrow road; the hotel was obvious as soon as I got near to it but that took me so long!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel, considering that it seems to be the cheapest of the Manchester airport hotels and I had read some negative reviews online before I went. The room was quite small, but had a double bed, good drink-making facilities and everything that was needed for a short stay. The bathroom was clean and modern. The shuttle bus runs once an hour and the hotel is not far from the airport. I would recommend it if you want somewhere reasonably priced to stay pre or post flight."

"The hotel offers excellent value for money but has not compromised on quality. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. This was the second time I had stayed at the hotel in the last 3 weeks and both times I have had a very pleasant stay. I am very pleased about the courtesy bus to the airport: it is nice to travel on a clean and modern coach and not a bus and the coach driver was very helpful as well. When I come to England again later in the year I will be staying at your hotel again."

"clean and friendly but we arrived 12midnight and asked for roomservice.the clerk had our card number but didnot ask us if we wish this on our card.this was ok till next mouning when i wish to phone my daughter.i was told i must come to check in .when i tried to call check in to say you have my card number they had cut the room phone of.if i had dressed and gone down my dautgher would have left for work.as they had a card number i think this was very poor."

"the courtesy bus service from the airport to the hotel was a welcome relief but I would have liked to have known the times of the service. The bus driver was very good as he gave me a timetable which was very much appreiciated."
