"My remote did not work and when i went to reception to ask for another, the duty manager did not acknowledge i was there, the staff memeber asked for assistance, manager did not make eye contact or apologise. The french bar man had excellent customer service and the receptionist was also very friendly. Strange that management should be role models, but that was not apparant"
